1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you") and jiawin ("jiawin", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jiawin website located at jiawin.net and all associated services, products, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

jiawin processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. jiawin may, at its discretion, add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account cashier at the time of the transaction and are subject to change. jiawin assumes no responsibility for any delays, fees, or losses arising from the operations of third-party payment providers. Any transaction fees charged by payment providers are the sole responsibility of the User unless otherwise stated.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

jiawin may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to registered users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant offer. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus conditions include, but are not limited to:

• The bet involved collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of fraudulent activity.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jiawin is incorporated as an offshore entity. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral authority in jiawin's jurisdiction of incorporation.

jiawin reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:

• Continued account operation poses a risk of harm to jiawin, other users, or third parties.
• The account is being used for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
