Self-Exclusion at jiawin

Self-exclusion is the most powerful tool available to players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life. When you activate self-exclusion on the jiawin platform, your account is immediately suspended. You will be unable to log in, place bets, or make deposits for the entire duration of the exclusion period.

We offer the following self-exclusion periods: 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, and permanent exclusion. All pending withdrawal requests submitted before the exclusion was activated will still be processed and paid out. Any promotional bonuses or free bets that have not yet been used will be forfeited.

During your self-exclusion period, we will also suppress any promotional emails or bonus notifications that would otherwise be sent to your registered address. Protecting Young People

jiawin enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all players. Age verification is conducted during the account registration process and may be repeated at any stage if we have reason to believe a player may not meet the age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and all deposits returned.
